Simple! We bring a skilled, professional nurse to you along with all the necessary equipment to provide you with an Infusion treatment at your house in your favorite chair!

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please phone the lounge at (814) 753-4265. For in-home appointments, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. Additionally, we ask that you specify your choice of drip and pay by credit card at the same time you schedule your in-home visit.

Our appointments are arranged in blocks of time. You may select an AM or PM time frame. The AM time frame is between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. The PM time frame is between the hours of 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. The nurse providing your treatment will contact you 30 minutes before he/she arrives for your visit.

Is your in-Lounge menu different from the in-Home menu?

Yes, our in-home service menu features two high performance drips: the Myer’s Cocktail and the NEW Versatile drip, which can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Our team can assist you with customizing your drip during the booking process.

How long does an in-home infusion take?

The whole process takes around an hour. To begin your treatment, you will complete a short health questionnaire and waiver, which will be followed by a brief medical assessment by one of our Registered Nurses. After a Registered Nurse places your IV, the bulk of your infusion time will be spent relaxing and soaking up the nutrients.

Are there any associated travel fees or deposits?

All in-home services include a $75 non-refundable “at home service fee” to cover the cost of supplies and travel.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

Yes, we do. Reservations canceled within 12 hours of your appointment time result in a $75 cancellation fee. The balance of your payment, except for the non-refundable at home service fee, will be credited to you.

How many people can you treat during one home visit?

The more, the merrier – we love parties! Kindly inform our team of this during the booking process if more than one person is receiving an IV to ensure that we bring sufficient resources for everyone. For parties of two or more, the nonrefundable at home service is $50 per person instead of $75.

What are the qualifications of the nurse being sent to my home?

All of our Registered Nurses are very skilled and seasoned in starting IVs. We realize given all the circumstances that there are rare occasions when starting an IV may present a challenge due to the vascular condition of the IV recipient. Should you have any concerns about this, we encourage you to call the lounge to discuss this with one of our nurses.

Will you do an in-home infusion if I have COVID-19?

Yes, after completion of your five-day isolation period, our team will happily provide you with an in-home infusion.

Where within my home would be a suitable place for treatment?

We suggest a comfy chair with an ottoman, recliner, or couch in a living room or family area. Short sleeves are preferred, and we recommend keeping a blanket on hand to keep warm throughout your infusion.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for treatment?

Please ensure that our nurses have a safe, clear, and unobstructed path into, on, and out of the residence. Although it is not required, you might consider tidying your selected treatment area in order to ensure the most relaxing and safe experience possible. Your nurse will bring sanitizing supplies to wipe down any hard surfaces that were used during treatment.

I have a lap dog. Would it be okay for my furry friend to sit on my lap while I receive my treatment?

If your lap dog (or any pet in the home) is a service animal, yes. Otherwise, we recommend that all beloved pets be secured to a location that is excluded from the area where you will be receiving your treatment. While our pets are valuable members of our families, fur, claws, and pet dander can create the risk of infection at the injection site.

Is there anything that could exclude me from receiving in-home treatment?

Safety is our first concern for both our clients and our team. If any safety issues arise upon our nurses’ arrival at your residence, they will first explain the issue and work with you to resolve it. In the absence of a discernible resolution, Agua Vivir may recommend that you present to the lounge for further treatment.
