Medical Infusions
- Review AguaVivir’s list of available treatments. If your treatment is available, call your provider to request a referral for treatment at an AguaVivir location.
- Have your physician submit the appropriate referral form to AguaVivir. Forms by treatment type can be found here.

Wellness Infusions
1. Book a consultation or appointment online or call the Lounge.
2. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to provide your medical history, sign a release, and create your service plan.
3. Meet with a licensed nurse to review your medical history, assess your vital signs, and discuss with you your short- and long-term health and wellness goals.
Vitamin Injections
1. Book a consultation or appointment online or call the Lounge.
2. Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to provide your medical history, sign a release, and create your vitamin injection plan.
3. Meet with a licensed nurse to review your medical history, assess your vital signs, and discuss with you your short- and long-term health and wellness goals prior to receiving your injection.
